Phil has 27 years being a technically focused Mechanical Inspector with a diverse background in Conventional Upstream, Petrochemical and Refining sectors coupled with a Chemistry background providing broad corrosion knowledge.  A strong operations minded individual who is easy to work with and continues to develop solutions that are fit for purpose through collaborative effort with other teams. He continually provides effective Chief Inspector services for clients and generates solutions to unique and challenging problems. Extensive RBI experience compliments his technical aptitude to perform assessments, risk analysis and repair solutions.
