New Safety and Loss Managemment System (SLMS) requirements in CSA Z662-15 Clause 3

CSA Z662 2015 has requirements that most operators are not aware of. The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) has been placing focus on the Clause 3 SLMS requirements and is asking select operators to perform self assessments to determine if they are compliant.
